Jenny Belknap is a visionary leader and brand builder with an impressive career spanning more than 25-years with The Estée Lauder Companies. Since 2021, she has been the Company’s Senior Vice President, Enterprise Marketing and Portfolio Strategy – North America, leading an integrated portfolio strategy to maximize market share and profitability for its brands and capture growth opportunities across consumers, channels, and markets, including amplifying breakthrough digital, paid, and earned media strategies. Additionally, Jenny oversees Consumer Insights, Customer Relationship Management and Data Analytics, Media, Influencer Marketing, Education and Creative for North America. She is a member of the Company’s North America Leadership Team and Global Enterprise Marketing and Data Leadership Team.

A highly collaborative and inspiring executive, Jenny has driven many pioneering launches and transformational initiatives for the Company during her tenure. Her career has included leadership roles of increasing responsibility across marketing, strategy and brand management disciplines for multiple brands including Estée Lauder, Origins and Clinique, as well as Corporate Enterprise-wide roles.
Prior to her current role, in 2018, Jenny was Senior Vice President / General Manager for Clinique North America, where she oversaw its regional go-to-market strategy and execution including commercial relationships and distribution. During this time, she successfully led the brand to market share growth with a focus on aligning its broad consumer base and hero products with granular retailer-specific strategies. Preceding this, from 2014 – 2018, Jenny served as Senior Vice President, Global Consumer and Product Marketing for Clinique, where she led the brand’s 360 omni-consumer experience across product, digital marketing, and consumer engagement, including leading groundbreaking launches for Clinique Smart Custom-Repair Serum, Beyond Perfecting Foundation and Moisture Surge 72H.

Jenny joined The Estée Lauder Companies in 1995, starting in International Marketing with the Estée Lauder brand, until 2000, when she left to attend Harvard Business School and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Always a deeply passionate ambassador for the company, Jenny re-joined in 2002, immediately post graduate school. Today, she not only leads a cross-discipline, multi-functional team, but is an inspiring mentor for rising talent. She serves as an executive sponsor of the Company’s North America Millennial / Gen Z Advisory Board and is a longtime supporter of The Estée Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Campaign and the Company’s ongoing partnership with The Young Women’s Leadership School (TYWLS). She is also passionate about advancing the Company’s values of inclusion, diversity, and equity and serves as an active leader on its Racial Equity Steering Committee.

Jenny currently resides in New York City with her husband and son.
