Jody Pinson

VP Merchandising, Beauty Walmart

Jody Pinson leads the Beauty Division for Walmart US, reporting to Latriece
Watkins. She is responsible for developing merchandising strategies, managing
supplier relationships, Operational alignment for 4,500 stores & oversees a team of
9 buyers.  Prior to this role, Jody was V.P. Merchandising, Pet Care, responsible for leading the
Walmart US Merchandising Pet Strategy and a team of buyers. She has also held
buying roles in Sporting Goods and the Stationery categories, as well as Store
Management roles in operations. She started as a cashier at Sam’s Club.
She originally joined Walmart in April of 1990, having a total of 28 years service.

Jody currently serves on the Advisory Board for the NWA Chapter for Network of
Executive Women which is a non-for-profit industry group with a mission of
attracting, advancing and retaining women in the retail and consumer package
goods industry through education and networking. She is also part of the Susan G.
Komen Big Wig in 2018.Jody is a 1992 graduate of The University of Arkansas School of  Business in Accounting.

Jody, her husband Greg and their two children reside in Bentonville, AR. They enjoy
the outdoors and traveling.
