Larry Berman is currently the Senior Vice President of Sales at Arcade Beauty, the global market leader in fragrance, cosmetics, and skincare sampling solutions. With over 25 years of experience dedicated to the category, Larry currently oversees all sales and business development in North America with a client roster spanning from large, legacy beauty brands to up-and-coming indie players, to retailers. Larry’s unmatched passion and expertise is coupled with a successful track record of sales leadership, recognized sales achievements, and production and purchasing experience. Berman began his career at Retail Communications Corp. (RCC), a creative agency specializing in marketing and sampling.  Berman holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
