With over 25 years’ experience in the Beauty Industry, we understand the complexities of inventory needs and sales targets & are able to find the delicate balance between the two, optimizing business performance & driving revenue growth. As a Beauty Executive, I have had the pleasure to work, in various roles, with such fabulous brands such as; Shiseido, Orlane, Channel and Estee Lauder. I have cross-functional experience in Sales, Sales Operations and Inventory Management. This includes managing large-sized P&L’s as well as starting up departments, teams, and procedures to support sales and the launch of successful brands. I am a team builder and leader, with a proven track record for leading change. I can successfully merge diverse people, practices, and processes to launch and grow successful brands.
