Megan Pacchia is a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s New Jersey Office and a leader in the North America Consumer and Retail practice. In this role, she has worked extensively over the last 14 years on commercial topics across industries supporting her clients on: corporate growth strategy, eCommerce and omni-channel strategy and execution, digital business building, personalization, agility at scale, growth transformation, and turnaround strategies. 

Megan co-leads McKinsey’s North America Beauty Practice and was an author of the inaugural 2023 “State of Beauty” report in collaboration with Business of Fashion. In recent years, she has spent the majority of her time working across the beauty value chain and has recently helped her beauty clients on growth strategy, retail media network build, US entry strategy, M&A strategy, and digital business acceleration.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Megan worked at Morgan Stanley in Investment Banking, and Johnson & Johnson in the Global Marketing Group where she focused on digital strategy. She received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a B.S. in History from Wesleyan University. She lives in NYC with her husband and three young daughters.
