Naira Aslanian is a Project Manager in Kline’s Consumer Products practice. She leads numerous syndicated market research reports and consultation projects across the beauty and personal care industry.

Currently, Naira manages Kline’s flagship industry programs, including the Cosmetics & Toiletries USA report — the most comprehensive analysis of the beauty and personal care industry in the United States — as well as Kline’s bi-annual Natural Personal Care series, among others. She is a member of Cosmetics Executive Women (CEW) and is frequently quoted as an industry expert in various publications.

Naira has over a decade of experience managing global projects in Russia, South Africa, Poland, and other Eastern and Western European markets. Prior to joining Kline’s Consumer Practice, she managed custom research projects that ranged from market research and entry feasibility studies to competitive intelligence and customer satisfaction surveys.

Naira is fluent in English, Russian, and Armenian and converses in Polish and Afrikaans. She obtained an honors degree in economics/econometrics at the University of Johannesburg in South Africa and is completing her Master’s in cosmetics and fragrance marketing at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology. She currently resides in New York City.
