Oshiya is as an omnichannel and brand management executive with diverse global experience creating and leading high-performing teams to drive profitable growth. She has worked at both large multinational companies and smaller founder-led companies, prestige and mass categories, wholesale and e-commerce, local and global marketing cutting across product development, content, media, influencer, and press.

She is an innovator at heart and has a proud record of launching several top-ranked, multi-million-dollar innovations throughout her years at Unilever, Revlon, Elizabeth Arden, and Charlotte Tilbury. She created a new $120MM+ business on Suave, re-imagined Hair Sprays for TRESemme, drove omnichannel growth on the Elizabeth Arden and Juicy Couture brands. More recently, she delivered breakthrough results at Charlotte Tilbury North America achieving top ranks in Prestige Beauty Sales, Influencer Marketing, and Earned Media Value.

Now, Oshiya is the Chief Brand Officer at Maesa, a Bain Capital Company. In her role, she leads Brand Marketing, Innovation, Creative Studio and all digital touchpoints.
