Rachel Francois St. Fleur is a gratified marketing leader, brand builder and product innovator. She loves what she does, stays focused on keeping the consumer at the core, and maintains an insight-driven lens to her results-driven, culturally adept global marketing and development capabilities. Her work experience has allowed her to work with outstanding teams that successfully implemented strategies to launch new brands and products into local and global markets, reinforcing brand relevance and establishing disruptive marketing initiatives that align with business objectives. She is most proud of building collaborative and positive work cultures that integrate equality, healthy work-life balance and positive morale to everyday interactions.

Her work is embedded in the success of recognized household brands such as Carol’s Daughter, Dark and Lovely, Let’s Jam!, Suave, TRESemme, Charter Club and Bar III, via Macy’s, L’ Oreal USA and Unilever. She is currently a Brands Director and GM on Unilever’s in-house incubator team, The Uncovery Incubator, LLC., where she helps lead in identifying emerging markets, unlock new capabilities via experimentation initiatives, and building new brands like For Every Type, a needed haircare line, crafted uniquely to protect and maintain the health of textured hair through every stage of protective styling and Smooth Headcare, a brand of expert scalp essentials made specifically for hair-free heads that aims to reframe the bald(ing) experience with fresh language, a disruptive attitude and tone of voice that reflects the pride and ownership one should feel being free of hair.

Rachel has been with Unilever since March 2018. She is a graduate of Northeastern University and The Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). She resides in Montclair, New Jersey with her husband, Bill and two sons, William and Harrison.
