Shannon Ma Pierce is the Senior Brand Manager of Kenra Professional, a Henkel brand where she helps lead the New Product Development pipeline. With a career spanning 15+ years in the beauty industry, her passion for beauty began when she was an intern at Ole Henriksen. At Henkel, Shannon serves as Co-President of the Asian American Professional Association’s National Board where she advances visibility, belonging, & career development for its members. She is also a CEW Ambassador for the Los Angeles Network.
