Shelly served at Microsoft for 23 years and prior to becoming Microsoft Israel CEO, Shelly has filled numerous roles in the organization, including CMO, Enterprise Commercial VP position and VP of Public Sector, both in which Shelly was responsible for business segments all up strategy and Revenue. For the last four years at Microsoft shelly served as, Microsoft Israel CEO, Shelly led the Microsoft all up business in Israel end to end, growing the market YOY double digit while growing the Israeli startups market WW , and with leading brands. Improving significate, the P&L and the financial results.

shelly is involved in a few innovation companies and business, parallel to being a part as a board member/Chairwoman of few startups.

Shelly is heavily engaged in Community and Charitable activities, volunteering for juvenile detention center, Rehabilitation of delinquent youth ,and is part of “Shenkar college”’s Board of directors, and a Board member of “birthright”, and “Nirim”.

Shelly is married and is a mother to three wonderful children.
