With a proven track record of driving growth and innovation, Tara currently serves as the Global President of Skincare at Galderma where she is the Global Head of Cetaphil, an iconic leading global skincare brand known for its gentle and effective products. In this role, Tara spearheads strategic initiatives to enhance brand awareness, strengthen consumer relationships, and drive market expansion. Leveraging her deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, she leads cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and best-in-class products that resonate with diverse audiences worldwide.
Prior to her role at Cetaphil, Tara held a pivotal position at Kendo Brands, a subsidiary of LVMH, where she served as the Global VP of Brand Marketing and Public Relations. During her tenure of 10 years, she played a key role in shaping the marketing strategy for prestigious beauty brands within the Kendo portfolio, including Fenty Beauty, Ole Henriksen Skincare, and Marc Jacobs. Collaborating closely with brand partners and internal stakeholders, Tara executed innovative campaigns that elevated brand visibility and drove sales growth across multiple channels. Her strategic insights and creative vision contributed to the success of high-profile product launches and brand activations, solidifying Kendo Brands’ reputation as a leader in the beauty industry. Prior to her time at Kendo Brands, she spearheaded global brand marketing for Too Faced Cosmetics, and other notable hair and skincare brands.
