Founder & CEO LYS BeautyLYS Beauty Founder & CEO, Tisha Thompson, is a 20-year beauty industry veteran, with experience as an MUA, and is on an unapologetic path to redefine beauty standards and make clean beauty accessible for all skin tones, types and textures. Tisha launched LYS Beauty (Love Yourself) in February 2021 with the mission to dispel the myth that clean beauty, deep shade ranges and high-performance products, at an affordable cost, cannot coexist. Most notably, the brand entered Sephora at launch as the retailer’s first Black-owned, clean makeup brand, and is currently one of their fastest growing brands.
