ExpertGel® 412, a thermosensitive smart polymer, is liquid at room temperature and thickens on application. Perfect for dynamic product delivery systems, this temperature adaptive rheology modifier works exceptionally well with spray and pump components. Product viscosity is reversible with cooler temperatures and customizable by adjusting concentration. ExpertGel® 412 is also a film former, making it perfect for long-wear formulations, pigment dispersion, fragrance longevity, and preventing penetration of sunscreen filters. Its special gelation allows for stabilizing, encapsulating and gradually releasing active ingredients on the skin’s surface.
