In breaking news, Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) has named Michael Burke, a longtime executive within the company, as its new Chairman and CEO of LVMH Americas. Effective immediately, Burke’s new position will involve overseeing all operations in the region, including beauty and personal care. In other executive updates, Henkel has tapped Rajat Agarwal as President of its North America region.

What are the advantages of high-yield savings accounts (HYSAs)? In female leadership news, Imperial College London has launched the UK’s first university network devoted to supporting women entrepreneurs, through addressing the main challenges highlighted in Dame Alison Rose’s influential Rose Review of Female Entrepreneurship.

On this side of the pond, The Inkey List will make its Ulta Beauty debut on July 13. Meanwhile, Benefit Cosmetics is building on the popularity of its POREfessional range with the launch this month of the first POREfessional Foundation. The “smoothing, pore-blurring formula,” will go on sale from 16 July at Benefit brick and mortar counters and online at Benefit Cosmetics.

On the fragrance front, Estée Lauder’s Aerin brand is adding to its perfume portfolio with the launch of Wisteria, the first scent in its new Les Jardins Botaniques collection.
