What’s better with your morning cup of coffee than breaking beauty news? On tap today is that Michael Kors is due to launch a new women’s perfume, Michael Kors Pour Femme, and its first for men, Michael Kors Pour Homme, in partnership with the Italian manufacturer EuroItalia. Both will make their debut in May, in Italy, before launching internationally afterwards. Speaking of scent, Christian Dior Parfums has partnered with Macy’s for the store’s 49th Annual Flower Show, which will run from March 24 through April 7 at the flagship Herald Square location. Expect “an immersive and vibrant floral experience,” according to Will Coss, the show’s executive producer.

On the skin care front, Sisley is launching its first new skin care brand, Neuraé. The family-owned, private company has said that the range, which is inspired by neuroscientific research and the mind-body connection, will be a stand-alone line and be available at a lower price point. Meanwhile, in nail care, rapper and singer Nicki Minaj has revealed her own brand of prestige, press-on nails, Pink Friday Nails, available exclusively online from the company’s website.

In acquisitions, London-based firm Bluegem has agreed to purchase the majority of Beautynova — the professional hair care platform — after seeing sales increase by more than three times since it took ownership of it in 2020. This has also expanded Bluegem’s international reach, “with a particular focus on the U.S., which today generates 18% of the company’s sales,” according to a statement.
