Charlotte Tilbury X The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders; Stride Consumer Partners Raises $550 Million; Rhode Expands Across Europe With Sephora; Cakes Body Turns Virality Into Media; &honey Expands U.S. Retail Presence

From major partnerships and international launches to fresh approaches to marketing, these latest moves highlight the continued growth and changing landscape of beauty.

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is celebrating the second year of its partnership with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, continuing its role as the team’s official beauty partner. The brand has created an updated game-day beauty routine designed to last through demanding performances, long hours, and Texas heat. The look features a mix of skincare, makeup, fragrance, and new products from Charlotte Tilbury’s collection. The partnership is also expanding through Amazon Beauty, giving customers across the U.S. more opportunities to explore and shop the products used for the cheerleaders’ signature look. Through beauty, entertainment, and retail, Charlotte Tilbury is bringing the partnership to a wider audience while highlighting confidence and performance. (PR Newswire)

Stride Consumer Partners has raised $550 million for its second investment fund, marking a 30% increase from its first fund in 2022. The firm manages about $1.3 billion and invests in consumer-focused businesses across beauty, food and beverage, active lifestyle, and services. Its portfolio includes well-known brands such as Odele, Crown Affair, Skinfix, and Patrick Ta. The latest fund reached its maximum size after strong support from existing investors, many of whom increased their commitments. Stride says it plans to remain focused on brands with loyal customers and long-term potential rather than chasing short-lived trends. The firm is also exploring opportunities in the growing wellness category while continuing its founder-focused investment approach. (Beauty Independent)

Rhode, the beauty brand founded by Hailey Bieber, is expanding its European presence through a major retail partnership with Sephora. The brand is now available online and in more than 500 Sephora stores across 19 European countries, giving customers greater access to its skincare and makeup products. To celebrate the launch, selected Sephora locations will feature special Rhode displays and creative installations. The brand is also opening Café Rhode in Paris for a limited time, offering visitors an immersive experience and exclusive activities. European customers can also find limited-edition products and early-access items. The expansion marks another step in Rhode’s growth as it builds a stronger international presence and connects with customers through both retail and experiential events. (Cosmetics Business)

Cakes Body is taking its social media success a step further by launching Cakes Media, an in-house entertainment division focused on creating original content. Founded by twin sisters Taylor Capuano and Casey Sarai, the beauty brand grew largely through founder-led storytelling and viral TikTok videos, reaching $100 million in sales within three years. Rather than relying heavily on traditional advertising or outside creative agencies, Cakes plans to produce content for platforms such as YouTube and streaming services. Its first project, a nearly hour-long documentary, has already attracted hundreds of thousands of views. The company hopes this strategy will strengthen its connection with audiences, build long-term brand awareness, and reduce reliance on increasingly expensive digital advertising. (Glossy)

Japanese hair care brand &honey is growing its presence in the U.S. through a new nationwide partnership with Ulta Beauty. The brand’s products are now available online and in around 600 Ulta Beauty stores, giving American shoppers easier access to its moisture-focused hair care range. The launch includes six products from the Deep Moist and Melty Moist Repair collections, featuring shampoos, treatments, and hair oils priced at $23 each. Deep Moist products are designed to provide added hydration, while the Melty Moist Repair line focuses on dry, frizzy, and hard-to-manage hair. The expansion highlights the growing interest in Asian beauty, with Japanese hair care gaining attention alongside established skincare and makeup categories. (Global Cosmetics News)
