Founder Being Frenshe

Ashley Tisdale is an actress, entrepreneur, and wellness advocate. She founded Frenshe, a platform promoting mental health and non-toxic living, after discovering that 89% of her Instagram followers struggled with mental health. Frenshe offers expert-driven content on beauty, health, and wellness, focusing on a science-backed approach to holistic living.

Through her own wellness journey, Tisdale discovered the power of fragrance in improving mood, which led her to create Being Frenshe. This line of self-care products goes beyond traditional wellness offerings, using scent to promote emotional well-being while addressing both internal and external aspects of self-care. This past January, she launched Being Frenshe Hair Wellness, which includes shampoo, conditioner, dry shampoo, detox scalp scrub, and hair mask. All of the products are cruelty-free and vegan, not to mention free from sulfates, parabens, and phthalates.

Tisdale’s acting career began at a young age, with roles in Les Misérables and Annie before she became a household name in High School Musical and The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. Additional credits include being the voice of Candace Flynn in Phineas and Ferb, starred in Carol’s Second Act, Merry Happy Whatever, and MacGyver. Tisdale has also produced for Freeform’s Young & Hungry, under her own production company, Blondie Girl Productions. The beloved animated series Phineas and Ferb will return with a new season this year.

In addition to her acting career, Tisdale has released multiple studio albums. Her most recent being Symptoms in which was released in 2019 addressing her experiences with anxiety and depression. Tisdale advocates for mental health and continues to be an influential figure in wellness and entertainment.

She currently lives in Los Angeles.
