Meanwhile, Revlon Group Holdings LLC has appointed Dana Medema as its President, North America, effective May 5. Medema will report to CEO Michelle Peluso.

On the fragrance front, International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) has opened the doors to a new Scent Dubai Creative Center, located at the IFF’s facility in the Dubai Science Park Laboratory Complex. “The added facility strengthens IFF’s capabilities to serve customers with leading fragrance innovations in one of the fastest-growing regions in the global scent industry,” reports Business Wire. And in tech news, Kenvue Inc. has inked a five-year partnership with Microsoft, to “establish a strong foundation for transforming digital operations through advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies,” according to Beauty Packaging.

In finance updates, L’Oréal’s UK have passed the £1.5bn mark for the first time in the company’s history. It reported a turnover of £1.55 billion in the 12 months to December 31, 2024, representing a rise from £1.43 billion in 2023. And in investment news, Sandbridge Capital has boosted its stake in Dedcool, the functional fragrance brand.
