The Shimmer Lights Plex Lightener (No. 1) is a dust-free powder formula that provides up to 7 levels of lift. There is no compromise on lift, leaving the hair lighter with anti-brass results. After using No. 1, Shimmer Lights Plex Treatment (No. 2) is used to keep the hair silky smooth post-lightening.
