With female leadership in mind, Victoria Beckham Beauty has tapped Lauren Edelman as its new CEO. Previously the brand’s Chief Marketing Officer, Edelman is taking over at the helm from Katia Beauchamp. The move comes at a time when the company has reported revenue across its fashion and beauty categories rise 52 percent to £89.1 million in fiscal 2023 (one of the bestselling Satin Kajal Liners is sold every 30 seconds.) Meanwhile, THG PLC—the British e-commerce retail company which manages online platforms including Lookfantastic, Dermstore and Cult Beauty— has appointed Milyae Park as a new non-executive director. Park specializes in digital and eCommerce transformation, entrepreneurship and dealmaking.

In other executive news, The Estée Lauder Companies has announced that Peter Jueptner, Group President, International, will be stepping down from his role as of April 1 this year, and leaving the company effective June 30, 2025. “Peter has been one of the key architects of The Estée Lauder Companies, helping to expand our brand portfolio, grow our global footprint and enhance the ways we work together across teams and geographies to serve our global consumers,” said William P. Lauder, chair of the board of directors.

In beauty news, the CEW Product Watch January 2025 has dropped, with our reporter Polly Blitzer showcasing the most notable newcomers across all categories. Highlights include accessory-worthy cosmetics from Chanel and YSL, and innovative new formulations from Versed and Dr. Jart+. Speaking of new arrivals, Hailey Bieber’s Rhode has launched Peptide Lip Shape, a new contouring product for the lips, Benefit Cosmetics has dropped its newest mascara, BadGal Bounce. Meanwhile, Glow Recipe is expanding into skincare-based makeup, with the debut of Dewy Flush, a radiance-boosting, tinted fluid.
