Jane Lauder, granddaughter of Estée Lauder and, most recently, The Estée Lauder Companies’ Chief Data Officer, has announced the launch of her new investment firm, TWA Ventures. “After nearly three decades of leadership in the beauty industry, I’m excited to share a new chapter,” said Lauder of the new company, which will support brands in the pet care space. SKIMS has tapped Diarrha N’Diaye as its new Executive Vice President of Beauty and Fragrance. N’Diaye most recently closed her indie inclusive makeup brand, Ami Colé, after four years. According to a press release, she will lead product development and brand strategy for SKIMS.
In other headlines, Kimberly-Clark is acquiring Kenvue in a deal estimated at $48.7 billion, which includes the Tylenol, Band-Aid, Neutrogena, Listerine, Aveeno, and Johnson’s brands.
