Pamela Anderson’s clean beauty brand, Sonsie Skin, has appointed Kailey Bradt as its new CEO. Bradt, who has been working with Sonsie Skin since 2023, succeeds Roberto Felipe, current CEO and co-founder, in the role. In other executive news, Interparfums, Inc. announced the election of two new members to its Board of Directors, after its Annual Meeting of Shareholders yesterday. The two new directors are Patrick Bousquet-Chavanne and Herve Bouillonnec. 

In other fragrance headlines, Balenciaga has unveiled a new, prestige perfume collection, along with a new boutique. It marks the first scent project to be launched since Kering acquired the fashion house’s fragrance business in 2023. Meanwhile, Revlon Consumer Products has renewed its fragrance license agreement with Christina Aguilera, and will drop a new scent aimed at Gen Z in 2026. And Beauty Packaging has revealed that the perfume house Dossier will be entering Target. Sergio Tache, Founder and CEO of Dossier, said the retailer has “long been a go-to destination for beauty shoppers, and we’re excited to bring our perfumes to its beauty aisles. While we’ve been wildly successful online, customers have asked for more physical locations to experience our scents in person.”

Here at CEW, we sit down with Victoria Jackson, founder of the cosmetics brand No Makeup Makeup, and a veteran beauty entrepreneur. “One of the biggest female founder success stories to date, her original brand, Victoria Jackson Cosmetics, became the first cosmetics line sold on television in 1989 that generated over a billion dollars in sales throughout the ‘90s,” writes CEW reporter Victoria Kirby. Jackson launched No Makeup Makeup with longtime business associate Kim Wileman last year.

Is Gap getting back into beauty? “Following Old Navy’s beauty dive, Gap is expected to resurrect fragrance next year before introducing additional branded beauty products to its stores,” reports Beauty Independent. Old Navy will roll out branded beauty products this fall at 150 stores, according to The Wall Street Journal. 

Birkenstock is stepping out into body care, after launching its Care Essentials foot care line. The company has formulated four new products, including hand and body washes and lotions.
