Panico joined LCG in 2002 in a supervisory role, where her strategic mindset and deep industry knowledge quickly set her apart. Over the years, she played a pivotal role in steering the agency through transformative periods, navigating challenges, and capitalizing on emerging opportunities. Her contributions led to increasingly advanced leadership roles within the company.

In recognition of her outstanding business acumen, Panico was promoted to President in 2015, where she drove the agency’s revenue growth through results-driven creative media services and an unparalleled dedication to client success. In that role, she helped position LCG as the agency of choice for some of the world’s most prestigious brands, expanding its expertise into new categories and cementing its reputation as the go-to agency for brands seeking retail excellence.

Prior to joining LCG, Panico held executive roles at Deutsch Advertising and Calvin Klein, where her ability to anticipate trends and adapt to the dynamic media landscape positioned her as a rising force in advertising.

As CEO of LCG, she leads a team of over 25 employees, manages media billings exceeding $150 million, and spearheads initiatives that foster innovation and collaboration. Under her leadership, LCG has solidified its reputation as a trailblazer in the media industry, earning acclaim for groundbreaking campaigns and exceptional client service.

Panico is a frequent speaker at industry summits and conferences, contributing to thought-leadership discussions and serving as a panelist for organizations such as the Association of National Advertisers, Zeta Live!, ROAR Forward, and Luxury Roundtable. She has also been featured in publications including WWD, Luxury Daily, Adweek, and The Drum.

A passionate philanthropist, Panico serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Fashion Group International (FGI) and leads its Mentorship Program. She is also a PTA Committee Chair and an Honorary Life Member Award recipient, as well as an avid advocate for causes supporting children’s health, families in need, and the arts.
