During her more than 15 years at BCG, Gabrielle has developed deep, global expertise in organization and operating model design. Her work has spanned a broad range of industries and contexts, with particular areas of focus on organizational transformation, commercial transformation and effectiveness, agile ways of working, employee value proposition (EVP) design, culture transformation, and change management. She previously served as both the global leader for People and Organization (POP) topics in Consumer Goods, and as the North America Marketing, Sales, and Pricing practice area leader (MSPA RPAL).
In addition to this work, Gabrielle also serves as the global leader and primary architect of BCG’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion client offering within the Social Impact Practice Area (SIPA). She recently completed a three-year fellowship in BCG’s Henderson Institute, focused upon developing breakthrough new DEI methodologies, and her work has been shared on numerous important stages including the World Economic Forum, the United Nations, and a wide range of global media outlets.
Inside BCG, Gabrielle previously served as the Office Leader of BCG Chicago, sat on BCG’s North America Management and North America Leadership teams Team, and spent 10 years as the global leader of Pride@BCG (BCG’s LGBTQ ERG). Outside of BCG, she has been recognized six times as an OUTstanding 100 LGBT+ Executive, was a 2018 recipient of the Great Places to Work for All Women’s Leadership Award and is a member of the Fortune Most Powerful Women community.
Prior Experience and Education
Prior to coming to BCG, Gabrielle earned a PhD with honors in the Social Sciences from the University of Chicago, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard College. Her academic research focused upon the impact of social, cultural, and organizational norms upon economic behavior and development.
