She currently leads stores, merchandising, and strategy at Bluemercury, where she has consistently driven growth and profitability through a customer-first, data-informed approach.
Previously, Jenna held a key leadership role at Revlon, overseeing the Retail Experience across all brands in North America and delivering significant revenue growth. She began her career in beauty as a merchant at Bloomingdale’s, and later joined McKinsey & Company, where she was part of the Apparel, Fashion & Luxury practice. There, she led global retail and beauty engagements, helping clients accelerate growth, enhance omnichannel strategies, and streamline operations.
Known for her passion for leadership and transformation, Jenna holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
