Kim Magee is the Chief Sales Officer of Rare Beauty, Selena Gomez’s beauty brand. As CSO Kim is responsible for the channel strategy, wholesale relationships, planning and forecasting, and P&L management.
Kim Magee began her career with the Estee Lauder Companies where she held various positions in sales, events and marketing. After 10 years with the Estee Lauder Companies Kim took her beauty expertise to the indie realm where she joined Fresh Cosmetics. After successfully building out the infrastructure of the West Coast sales team Kim moved on to philosophy, inc. philosophy had exceptional growth and became the #1 skincare brand at Sephora and sold to Coty Prestige in 2010. Kim loved the growth opportunities and entrepreneurial spirit of indie brands which led her to Too Faced Cosmetics and Kopari Beauty where she served as Vice President of Sales, experiencing strong revenue growth. Kim has a passion for building high performance teams and a strong channel strategy.
Kim resides in Manhattan Beach, CA with her husband and two fur babies.
