He has led R&D domestic and global teams at Colgate (oral care), L’Oreal (haircare), Henkel (personal-, laundry- and home-care), Scotts Miracle-Gro (garden), EOS (personal care) and Orveon (beauty care). Mike is currently the SVP of R&I at Combe.
