Raphaël Blanchin is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer practice. He leads BCG’s work in the beauty industry in EMESA (Europe, Middle East, South America, Africa) and has extensive experience in the beauty, food, spirits, and pet care industries. Raphaël is also a member of the Principal Investors & Private Equity practice, having led more than 50 projects for European and US investment funds. His project experience covers strategy, due diligence, transformation, and M&A.
