Rhea Brown has cultivated a dynamic career which spans over 30 years.

She is currently the National Vice President of Merchandise Execution for Beauty , Center Core and Lease at Macys.

In this role, Rhea collaborates across functions with stores, vendors and central partners to bring the merchandise vision and assortment to life in stores.

Rhea began her career at Macys as a Beauty Advisor. Her experience range includes executive management positions and roles of increasing responsibility within Macys portfolio including Flagship Store Manager and Division Vice President of its largest division.

Rhea is known for high standards of performance, developing talent and building cross functional capabilities within teams. She invests a substantial part of her time strategizing, coaching, and leveraging the talent of her team setting a high bar for business impact.

Rhea lives in the Ft. Lauderdale / Miami area with her husband and 1 son. Her passions include spending time with family and raising awareness for Autism Acceptance.
