Speaking of industry trailblazers who are making a difference, L’Oréal Paris USA is celebrating the 20th anniversary of Women of Worth by announcing the 10 honorees of its 2025 program. Those recognized embody leadership, service, and innovation, while “driving transformative change” in the U.S. through their non-profit organizations. “Celebrating 20 years of this program reminds us that honoring women’s contributions, resourcing their visions, and shining a national spotlight on their courage can truly change the world,” said L’Oréal Paris USA President, Laura Branik.

Latinas in Beauty, the nonprofit industry organization relaunched last year by Nadine Tapia, Emily Perez, and Margarita Arriagada, is marking its first anniversary with the appointment of an advisory board of industry executives. “Latinas in Beauty started five years ago out of a personal mission to unite Latinas and create opportunities to provide access to the network, education and resources that we need to achieve both professional and entrepreneurial goals,” Perez told WWD.
