In breaking executive news this morning, it has been announced that Debbi Hartley-Triesch, Executive Vice President and General Merchandise Manager of Beauty, Accessories and Home at Nordstrom, is retiring this month. Having been with Nordstrom for 35 years, Hartley-Triesch was responsible for expanding the company’s beauty portfolio, with the launch of the Beauty Trend Show.

In other headlines, after reporting a positive boost in Q2 2025 net sales, Ulta Beauty has raised its full-year forecast. The retailer, which acquired Space NK this year, shared a net sales increase of 9.3% to $2.8 billion in its second quarter of fiscal 2025, in comparison to $2.6 billion in 2024.

Rhode is making its hotly-awaited entry into Sephora stores this week. Hailey Bieber’s brand will enter all U.S. and Canada Sephora doors on Thursday, according to WWD. “This will be our largest North American launch yet, and we see tremendous growth potential as we work together to bring the brand to more consumers around the world,” said Priya Venkatesh, Global Chief Merchandising Officer of Sephora.
