Over her career, Davianne has identified innovations pathways and growth opportunities for global brands through the lens of human behavior, consumerism and culture. At sparks & honey, Davianne manages C-suite client relationships and drives organic growth among key clients while embedding diversity, equity and inclusion into the way organizational transformation is achieved. Davianne holds a B.A. in Communication and Consumer Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in Media, Culture and Communication from NYU.
