CEW returned to the West Coast on May 7, 2024, for the 2024 Visionary Awards at Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica! Formerly the Female Founder Awards, this year’s Visionary Awards honored exceptional female entrepreneurs who possess extraordinary strategic and creative vision, as well as success and leadership in the beauty industry. The shift from “Female Founder Awards” to “Visionary Awards” represents the need to acknowledge groundbreaking figures in our industry. These genuine and inspiring Visionaries shared their personal journey and what led them to create their disruptive brands, while also offering sage advice for the next generation of beauty leaders and founders.
