CEW returns to the West Coast for the 2024 Visionary Awards! Formerly the Female Founder Awards, the Visionary Awards honors exceptional female entrepreneurs who possess extraordinary strategic and creative vision, as well as success and leadership in the beauty industry. The shift from “Female Founder Awards” to “Visionary Awards” represents the need to acknowledge groundbreaking figures in our industry. These genuine and inspiring Visionaries will share their personal journey and what led them to create their disruptive brands, while also offering sage advice for the next generation of beauty leaders and founders.
This year we will be honoring Visionaries from the following five categories: Representation, Entrepreneurship & Economic Impact, Breaking Barriers, Community & Social Impact, and Innovation & Leadership.
