Kia Lowe is currently the President of John Legend’s new skincare brand LOVED01 where she works hand in hand with John to change the way we think about skincare. Seeking to make the seemingly unattainable (high end, luxury skincare) accessible to all consumers. While the brands offers restorative treatment suitable for all skin tones, the formulas are specially crafted to meet the needs of the melanin-rich, with a focus on hydration, nourishment, treatment and protection.
Kia previously served as Vice President, Sales at Kiehl’s Since 1851, responsible for brand sales at key retailers, such as Sephora, Nordstrom and Macy’s, among many others. Prior to her two years at Kiehl’s, she served as Vice President, Sephora Sales & Marketing for Lancôme Paris, where she directed all aspects of the Lancôme brand at Sephora, including Sell In, Trade Marketing, Education, Digital, and Field Sales.

Kia began her career at L’Oreal in 2011 as a Marketing Manager on global brand strategy for the women’s category on Ralph Lauren Fragrances. Then she completed one year on the Interactive Marketing (Retailer.com) team for the International Designer Collections portfolio (YSL, Giorgio Armani, Viktor & Rolf, among others). She began at Lancôme in 2013 on the Eye Category in Makeup Marketing, overseeing such launches as Grandiôse mascara. She was then promoted to AVP and created the Trade Marketing function at Lancôme for Sephora.

Kia received an undergraduate degree in Economics with a Finance Concentration from the University of Virginia and her MBA from Columbia Business School.
