Working with entrepreneurs is at the core of Sephora’s DNA. For the fourth year, the retailer hosted its annual initiative that offers workshops, networking, mentoring and training to address the needs of small companies and the challenges they face.

This year Sephora exclusively opened its doors to CEW Beauty News to sit in on a day of a week-long Bootcamp for the 14 brands accepted into this year’s program, held at the company’s Innovation Lab in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco. In this Industry Report Beauty News shares:

  • An interview with Corrie Conrad, Vice President of Social Impact, Sustainability and Diversity and Inclusion at Sephora on the evolution and success of the program
  • Excerpts from an investor panel presented to brands on how they can successfully navigate investor meetings
  • Spotlights on three of the brands attending the program and how it will impact their future
