Euromonitor International’s Voice of the Consumer Survey proves that the women’s health landscape is rapidly evolving. Today at CEW, we highlight the key findings of the survey, which highlights the increase in cross-industry innovation within the beauty and wellness sectors. The changes, Euromonitor International reports, are primarily being driven by emerging startups, growing investor funding, and an expanding understanding of unmet needs in women’s health.

PR Week has announced its Women of Distinction 2025 list, which includes Smita Reddy, Partner, Global Clients at Edelman, and its Head of Global Client Relationship Program. A mother of two, among the projects Reddy has worked on is Unilever’s Dove Campaign for Real Beauty. The full list of 26 female leaders has been published at prweek.com, along with its Women To Watch 2025 list, featuring 14 “rising stars poised to push the industry forward.”

Tomorrow, The Fragrance Foundation will host its first pop-up hall and shop for National Fragrance Day in New York City, at 924 Madison Avenue. Open from Friday through Sunday, participating brands include YSL Beauty, Lâncome, Carolina Herrera, Bath & Body Works, Anna Sui, Vera Wang. “It’s not about the pressure of selling — it’s really about embracing the consumer,” explained Linda Levy, President of The Fragrance Foundation.

In finance news, K-Beauty Brand Yepoda has secured Series B Funding, and is making its retail debut at Sephora Europe. Meanwhile, Global Cosmetics News reports that Elf Beauty is facing a class action lawsuit filed against the company, in the District Court of Northern California. In New Jersey, Kenvue Inc. has opened the doors to its new global headquarters in Summit, NJ.

Glossier has launched a collectible “beauty passport” with the aim of boosting store loyalty and footprint. With The Glossier Passport Book, customers can earn stamps and add Polaroid photos of themselves taken in-store, across the U.K and US. And in other branding news, Weleda has had its first makeover in a since its launch in 1921. The company has unveiled a new logo, corporate design, and updated brand presence.
