Jennifer, the Head of Sales for Fine Fragrance in North America at Givaudan, is a dynamic and optimistic leader spearheading the company’s commercial strategy to drive business growth in the region.

Born and raised in France, Jennifer’s journey with Givaudan began in 1999 when she joined the company while pursuing her studies at ISIPCA in Versailles. Initially focusing on research and development for Home and Fabric Care, she soon discovered her passion for marketing in the Beauty and Personal Care sector in Europe.

Seventeen years ago, Jennifer embarked on a new chapter in her career by relocating to the US, where she led the Givaudan North American Marketing team for Consumer Products, bringing her strategic mindset, client-centric approach, and innovative thinking.

In 2012, Jennifer joined Givaudan’s sales team. Her tenure was marked by key achievements, as she successfully secured critical business for the company, further solidifying Givaudan’s position in the market. Throughout her journey, Jennifer has held pivotal roles on both local and global scales, cultivating her expertise across multiple functions and regions.

She possesses a natural sense of leadership that inspires and motivates those around her. Her in-depth knowledge of the fragrance business, combined with her passion for people and consumers, distinguishes her as a strong believer in the industry’s beauty.
