Paulina is a Mexican Creative Strategist, specialized in insights and planning. At Facebook and Instagram’s Creative Shop, she works with Health, Entertainment, Publishing, Tech, Non-Profit, and Travel advertisers. Moved by her passion for anthropology and DEI, she has built strategic cultural projects for underrepresented communities in the US. Currently Paulina is a member of the Global D&I Council for Facebook’s Creative Shop. Before moving to Austin, TX, she worked 11 years in the Latin American market, developing people-first ideas for Effie winning commercial and social campaigns. Simultaneously, Paulina built an academic career as a planning and insights professor, updating the exploration of advertising perspectives and methodologies to connect meaningfully with current cultural contexts.
