Vennette Ho spearheads Raymond James’ industry-leading Beauty & Personal Care practice. She focuses on mergers and acquisitions in addition to growth capital raises for young, rapidly growing companies.

Over her career, Vennette has executed nearly 70 beauty M&A transactions across all sectors and categories of beauty. Some of her notable transactions included the sale of K18 to Unilever, Summer Fridays to TSG Consumer Partners, Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare to Shiseido, DS&Durga to Manzanita Capital, Naturium to elf Beauty, Mielle to P&G, Hero Cosmetics to Church & Dwight, Therabreath to Church & Dwight, Briogeo to Wella Corporation, Paula’s Choice to Unilever, Drunk Elephant to Shiseido, Drybar to Helen of Troy, Tatcha to Unilever, Sol de Janeiro to L’Occitane, Olaplex to Advent, Revision Skincare to Gryphon Investors, Milk Makeup to Waldencast, and Amika to Bansk Group and capital raises for companies such as Osea, Salt & Stone, and Vegamour.

Vennette was named BeautyMatter’s “Person Of The Year” in 2024, Mergers & Acquisitions magazine as one of the Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A and by WWD as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Beauty.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Ms. Ho worked at Lazard in equity research and at Bloomingdale’s in merchandising. She is a member of the board of governors of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW). She received her B.A. from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
