Hair Care Legend Passes; Shiseido, Lauder Tap Execs

The beauty industry mourned the passing of hair care legend Philip Kingsley this weekend. Meanwhile, Shiseido has named Kathy Cullin as General Manager of Bare Escentuals US, and Estée Lauder has appointed Andrew Ross to the role of Senior Vice President, Strategy and New Business Development.
