On Tuesday evening, October 22, more than 100 beauty industry executives and influencers celebrated 65 of the most interesting beauty companies at CEW’s first annual Indie65 event. The gathering, hosted at BCG’s headquarters at Hudson Yards, revealed the Indie65 Report, a booklet featuring a who’s who in beauty, complete with company descriptions and estimated revenue for 2018. Those featured in the report were identified by an advisory board comprised of key financial, retail and beauty experts. Carlotta Jacobson, CEW President, said it was an honor to recognize the disruptors in beauty and that the report will be featured on an annual basis.
