Live Tinted has named its first-ever President, Stacy Panagakis.
Prior to joining the inclusive vegan makeup line, Stacy was CEO of Lime Crime; General Manager at Fresh; GM and VP of Sales for Stila, and VP of Global Education for Clinique. Stacy lives in San Francisco with her family.
Coming from a career in beauty, Stacy said she was most drawn to Live Tinted’s large and vast community. She aims to lead Live Tinted by scaling the brand and leveraging its growing product line into new markets and managing key partnerships with retailers such as Ulta Beauty.
“As a community-based brand, our consumer is at the core of our product and business strategy. Too often under-represented and unheard, it is our mission to ensure we bring their voices to the forefront as well as address their specific and unique needs. Since the inception of the brand in 2018, we leveraged crowdsourcing to help inform new innovations, asked our community for feedback prior to product releases, took them behind-the-scenes so they truly feel included in the brand creation, growth, and success. Remaining approachable, engaging, and true to ourselves is key to our brand DNA,” Stacy told Beauty News.
Stacy said one of her immediate tasks on deck is to partner with the leadership team to create a three-year strategic plan driven by the brand’s mission and values.
“The plan will be used to prioritize efforts, execute allocation of resources, and align shareholders and the team on Live Tinted goals in order to drive revenue and profit.”
Stacy will also work with Live Tinted’s founder, Deepica Mutyala, and Live Tinted’s VP of Product Development to fill the product pipeline, especially “products that lean into problem and solution such as hyperpigmentation.”
