In breaking news, Chanel is heading up a new beauty consortium, the Traceability Alliance for Sustainable Cosmetics (TRASCE). Led by Chanel and sponsored by the Fédération des Entreprises de la Beauté, TRASCE is comprised of 15 brands (including Groupe Clarins, Dior, the Estée Lauder Cos., and L’Oréal) who will join forces in mapping supply chains and enhancing traceability. “It has become essential to better understand the sector’s supply chains, mitigate the associated risks and support their transition towards a more sustainable and resilient model,” TRASCE said in a statement.

At the same time, they are also shopping for vitamins, skin care/makeup hybrid products and sun care, as well as seeking supplement coaching, when visiting medispas.
