The future of feminine care brand The Honey Pot is looking sweet, with the announcement that Compass Diversified has acquired a majority stake in the Atlanta-based company. The pioneering plant-based collection of skin care, body washes, lubricants and feminine hygiene products was founded in 2012 by Beatrice Dixon, who remains at the helm as CEO and Chief Innovation Officer. “We believe that this partnership will not only enable us to sustain our commitment to innovation and education but will also empower us to continue cultivating a movement rooted in community and self-care,” said Dixon of the $380 million investment. The company plans to expand globally, starting with Canada.
