CEW Mentorship Program

Grounded in our mission to help members advance in their careers, this structured mentorship program fosters high-impact relationships that drive professional growth.

Overview

This group mentorship experience brings together peers and industry leaders in small, curated cohorts. The program is led by CEW in partnership with RallyBoard. 

How it Works

  • Each cohort consists of one experienced industry mentor and a curated group of mentees, matched based on career level, industry sector, job function, and professional goals
  • Cohorts meet monthly for 60-minute virtual sessions over the course of five months, creating a consistent space for connection, reflection, and shared learning
  • Each session focuses on a theme to guide meaningful discussion and practical, real-world insights
  • Mentors will facilitate conversations, providing guidance and candid insight
  • Mentees are expected to actively engage and contribute to each discussion

Key Dates & Commitment

  • Applications Close: October 16
  • Applicants Notified: Week of November 13
  • Mentee/Mentor Program Orientation: Week of November 30
  • First Sessions Begin: Week of January 4
  • Program Format: Monthly, 60-minute virtual sessions for five months

This program is open to CEW members across the beauty industry who are:

For Mentors

As a mentor, you will: 

  • Lead a curated group of mentees, matched to your expertise and industry focus
  • Facilitate purposeful, structured conversations 
  • Share your perspective and industry experience 
  • Foster an environment that encourages open dialogue and peer exchange 

Commitment 

  • Conduct a monthly, 60-minute virtual session over a five-month period
  • Support a consistent, engaged experience for your cohort 

To create the most meaningful experience possible for both mentors and mentees, we thoughtfully curate each cohort based on professional goals, areas of interest, and experience. Given the highly tailored nature of the program, we are not always able to accommodate every qualified applicant.​
